Training has to fit with your schedule to be effective so we do not offer a standard format.
We will agree the most appropriate duration, location and mode of delivery for your training
We often recommend a one or two day course to allow participants to switch off from the
office and give them time for in-depth skills practice, reflection and feedback. We understand that this is not always possible and so can also provide shorter taster sessions or a series of bite-size modules that run over several weeks.
One-to-one training and coaching
Individuals facing particular challenges or preparing for specific international events may
prefer a personalised training or coaching programme. Sessions are a minimum of two
hours and can be delivered face-to-face, via telephone or Skype.
Large groups and guest speakers
We can provide speakers and facilitators for seminars at large events and conferences.
Many of our trainers have experience of working with audiences of 100 or more.
Often the most convenient solution is for us to come to your workplace. This can be
anywhere in the UK or in any country worldwide. Alternatively we deliver our most popular
courses as public courses in our beautiful training centre in the prestigious Holland Park area
of London. Please let us know if you would like us to host training for your team or
organisation at our training centre.
Virtual training is a cost-effective way of bringing virtual teams or employees from different
locations together for interactive group training and offers the added advantage of
replicating the communication challenges facing virtual teams. Training is usually delivered
in shorter modules or as a means of following up on face-to-face training.
