  • Insights into the target culture: key themes, religion, historical, economic and political influences, facts and figures,

  • Navigating the workplace: building relationships, meetings and presentations, how to influence and negotiate

  • Social and business etiquette:  practical do’s and don’ts 
  • Developing intercultural competence:  what skills do you need to be successful? Strategies for adaptation
  • Action planning and next steps

Training methodology

These practical and interactive courses will allow you to apply what you learn to your own professional context.  Your trainer will share cultural frameworks and insights into the target culture and will encourage you to participate through quizzes, case studies, role plays and group discussion.
